"What was this delicious wine that accompanied my
famous Cheese Epoisses yesterday? " Probably one of Marc and Vinciane
Dumont, owners of the domain of Messey, producers of the Demessey wines. The
fields are in Cruzille in the Maconnais, the southernmost and largest vineyards
of Burgundy, and which finds its roots from the third century. The wine list
stretches to their production of their wine houses Le Manoir Murisaltien in Meursault
and the Domaine de Belleville in Rully. What a program to discover when tasting
at dinner!
